Collection: Claddagh Ring

Originating from the fishing village of Claddagh in Galway, Ireland, this iconic symbol represents love (heart), friendship (hands), and loyalty (crown). According to legend, Richard Joyce, a Galway fisherman, was captured by Algerian Corsairs around 1675. During his captivity, he learned goldsmithing and, upon his release in 1689, returned home to present his true love with the first Claddagh ring he crafted.
